Our part in the crisis

Our SEPh National Board had been in communication with its NMSU chapter regularly since the beginning of 2020 quarantine. Through their suggestion we decided to take action. It was becoming clear that medical centers around the nation were not prepared for this large influx of COVID-19 patients. COVID-19 is an airborne virus, and can also cling to surfaces, and so it is important for healthcare workers to frequently change out their equipment. Through preliminary discussion we discovered that we had the ability to develop and distribute many different types of equipment.
